have never understood why things happened the way they did. nor have i understood why they had to occur at all. Life is always full of the unexpected; while the expected never did seem to arrive. the sun is always shining bright, but why am i always feeling so cold inside? i am awake but my eyes do not see the world i want to see what will we have forever in our life? Nothing-changes and death are the only constants.

eVeryDay ShD b a hAppY dAY! :)

I had mee siam last saturday!

Doesn't it look good still, even though there is no prawn (the prawns here arenot really worth eating - they're minute) or bean sprout (plainly due to me being absent minded).

Haha, but before you praise me, I must admit something. Alright, I didn't make the sauce. I used the ready made Woh Hup Mee Siam sauce that I brough over from Singapore. I think we added too much water, because it was a bit too watery, diluted and not as tasty. Haha, but I have no ground for comparison because I hadn't tried this sauce back in Singapore. This is the first time I tried it.

Then, guess what I had that evening?

I had chicken rice!

But I didn't take a picture of it.

However, I must say it's really good. Mouth-watering good.

Ed made it, with some advice (a.k.a secret recipe) from Fred's mum!
Haha... I think I have taken good mental notes.
Ingredients:
Lemon grass
Ginger
Garlic
Chicken (of course!)
Water (for boiling of the chicken, duh~)
Rice (haha)

Steps:
1. Stuff the chicken with ginger and garlic
2. Rub the chicken with salt
3. Boil water
4. Put some ginger and garlic in the boiling water. Put chicken in
Amount of water used should be just enough to cover the chicken
5. Wash the rice
6. Heat the pan and fry the *secret*
7. Fry the ginger and lemongrass. Add the rice in to fry
Then finally add the garlic and continue to fry
8. You should smell the fragrance
9. The chicken soup should be tasty
10. Use the soup to cook the rice in the rice cooker
11. Cut some cucumbers and tomatoes
12. Wait for rice to cook
13. Cut the chicken
14. Serve

I think that should be all, I can't really recall.
I guess I really do have goldfish memory.

Try it!
